Is acne on your face disgusting?

I'm a girl with acne (boo hoo!) the only ony in my cl with it. It's on my face. Like verrrrrrrry mild acne on my cheeks and theres plenty of spots on my nose (ew!) and some on my forehead but my fringe covers only a bit of that! Is there a special treatment? That is cheap? Like some sort of facewash to use daily? Also, will guys not like me becuase I have acne? (I think so)
