What rights do I have? Let go by employer....?

I was recently let go from my position with allegations that I had stole money from the company. I did not do this and I was able to prove to them at the time what had happened. they said there would still be bad feelings and were still letting me go. I had no warning or anything. They still owe me commissions of $1,000 which they have not paid to me. I have emailed the manager and the owner of the company twice and neither of them will return my e-mail or respond in anyway. Do i have any rights?
