Best way to get rid of stubborn black heads?

i have four black heads on my chin that just wont seem to go away! i've tried those strip things you use on your nose, i got some for your chin, but that hasnt worked. is there anything i can do to get rid of them? i squeeze them and nothing happens, and they are raised and puffed up. i just want relief!
