Refitting bathroom need to choose shower?

i am refitting my bathroom and have got everything sorted except 1 thing the shower there is a electric shower fitted at the moment which i want to change just dont know what to go for another electirc 1 or a mixer shower my question here is which is better electric or mixer i have a combi boiler fitted
