I have a dark itchy rash under my that is moist also.?

What is a good over the counter ointment to use for this rash? it is so ugly and scary. I went to Walgreen's to lock for an anti fungal cream but it was either for jock itch or athletics foot. I'm not sure what to get or pick up...........PLEASE HELP!!
