Hey guys i have a problem with my dad snooping?

Ok well i found my dads stash like a year ago, which was nasty for me. I told my mom ( they r divorced he lives in kc i live in tx) and it really pisses me off when he gets all in my busness. Im 14 soon, and when i was at their house last week i was on yahoo answers lgbt section and i was sitting next to him on the couch and he thought i was watching , he was really pissed i wouldnt give him my fone and took it momentarily after i faked talking to a girl they think im crushing on. I have 2 lock on my iphone, pword restriction on all my personal apps, and a fake loading screen that only loads when i tap a corner. I check my email over 3g sometims, what do i do if he checks it? I do watch but its gay-type , and its safe somewhere in my jailbroken iphone. It pisses me of he wants to monitor me when im at the house im never in unless its 2days every 2months!!! What do i do? He is pissin me off
