HELP PLEASE!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MY DOG?

My dog isnt breathing and it is spitting out blood, also its ears are all congested with blood and its skin is turning to a greenish, yellowish color, he looks really sick and isnt moving help me please, i went to the supermarket and left it alone and now i dont know what is wrong with it.
