Getting divorce from wife with temporary greencard, she keeps stalling it, should I do it myself? (please help

It would be very good Karma for you to just stick it out, even if it's just in paper... until she get's the permanent residency. There must be something you guys still like about each other enough not to ruin the rest of each other's lives.
